Certificate on whether or not land is treated according to Law No. 7501 “On Land”
Certificate on family composition dated 01.10.1992
Sale certificate


Documents that need to be attached to the form
Photocopy of the identification document (for all types of certificates)
Ownership document (for confirmation of payment of agricultural land tax)
Payment mandate for the payment of the relevant obligation (for confirmation of payment of agricultural land tax)
Certificate with family composition dated 01.10.1992 (for confirmation that the citizen has been treated with agricultural land and certificate for family composition dated 01.10.1992)
Family certificate with date of settlement (for confirmation that the citizen has not been treated with land)
Updated property card, of the last three months (for confirmation of sale)
Payment mandate for the sales fee (for confirmation of sale)
Certificate from the unit that is the same person, in cases of problems with it data (name/paternity/surname)
