In Kamëz in 1953, the culture club was created to better respond to education and cultural development.

In 1955, the first artistic ensemble was created, which was enriched with a choir, vocal ensembles, a dance group, a theater group and a variety group. This ensemble developed a series of activities on a national scale and was honored with awards.

The growth of the population has also led to an increase in talents and a variety of cultures. The lack of a cultural center until now left much to be desired, but activities have been organized in cooperation with schools and other institutions, which are expected to become a tradition with the construction of the new cultural palace.

During 2008, it is worth remembering the activity organized with the schools of Bathore in cooperation with the Albanian National Olympic Committee on the occasion of the Olympic Games. Almost every year, the schools organize the activity with the theme “Our national traditions and values”. This event is organized in the form of a large exhibition with national costumes, traditional dishes, old ornaments, kitchen utensils, etc.

In 2009, for the first time, the 9-year and high schools of the Municipality of Kamza in collaboration with the spectacle-agency “Karabashi” were represented in the festival “We Challenge”, competing with all the schools of the Tirana district and being awarded with very important prizes.

In May 2009, a group of artists from Kamza, with the financial support of the municipality, participated in the meeting of folklore groups, organized in Lezha.

The year 2010 had the largest number of activities organized in collaboration with schools and various NGOs operating in our municipality, among which can be mentioned: Carnival Festival, June 1st Festival, held in the city stadium, artistic speech competition, exhibition of young painters, “The Last Bell”, graduation party, “We Challenge”, etc.

Every year, for 4 consecutive years, the municipality has organized a party for distinguished students and orphaned students. Various activities have been held with organizations such as: UNDP, Albanian Caritas, World Vision, etc.
