This policy informs how Kamëz Municipality collects and uses the personal data of individuals, visitors, candidates who participate in the recruitment processes of future employees and officials of Kamëz Municipality, as well as individuals who submit complaints regarding issues or the progress of the services we provide. The processing of these data is carried out after consent is given by the data subject himself or in other cases provided for by Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, “On the Protection of Personal Data”, as amended.
Kamëz Municipality is a public body that is organized and functions in support and implementation of Law No. 139/2015 “On Local Self-Government” and Law No. 115/2014 “On the Administrative-Territorial Division of Local Government Units”, as amended. It also operates on the basis of the Internal Regulation on the organization, functioning, duties and responsibilities of the administration of Kamëz Municipality, as well as in accordance with any other legal or sub-legal act in force that regulates the exercise of rights and fulfillment of obligations of local self-government units.
The Municipality of Kamza has a website www.kamza.gov.al, through which information is provided to citizens, businesses, interested groups and visitors regarding the implementation of its legal functions and responsibilities. It reflects the daily work carried out by the Municipality of Kamza, as well as information on the services it offers in the areas of housing, planning and development of the territory, public transport, co-ownership, culture, civil status, archive, public funeral service, social service and procedures for recruiting employees/employees.
